Returns & Exchanges

At Kritel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that shopping can come with uncertainties, which is why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. We’ll gladly provide a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange for the same product. Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt.

To simplify the return process, a prepaid return label is included in your order package, so you can easily return your item without needing to contact customer service. Just follow the instructions provided with the label. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable, as these funds cover the shipping label for your original order. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.

For exchanges, we treat them as size swaps for the same product. If you’re interested in a different item, please keep in mind that a price difference may apply, which you can easily settle through our email communication.

We understand that life can get busy and you may need more time. If you require an extension on your return window, we’re happy to assist; however, please note that after 30 days, we only accept exchanges for size, style, or store credit.
